Our Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Above
At a minimum, all of our teachers must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline. This is due to the immigration requirements of most foreign countries. We will not proceed with candidates who cannot provide a copy of their degree certificate.

120 Hour TEFL or Above
At a minimum, all teachers applying for roles with our organisation must have a 120-hour TEFL certificate. This is due to the immigration requirements of most foreign countries. We will not proceed with candidates who cannot provide a copy of their TEFL certificate.

Two References
For our peace of mind, and the peace of mind of our partner schools, we require all candidates to provide two references. At least one of these must be a professional reference, we will also accept an academic reference.
